Description
The Contract will cover activities for increasing the adaptability of employees, employers and enterprises through increasing their ICT-related skills and abilities. In this respect, the Contractor will conduct various activities such as; awareness raising events, trainings, study visits and preparation of a report including results of SWOT analysis, surveys and analysis on best practices of online training. The contractor will be expected to offer a minimum of 180 online course subjects in this report. As a result, 100 free and widely-open online courses will be chosen and developed within the context of an online portal. Employees and employers in SMEs will be provided with trainings through these online courses. Besides, activities for strengthening the university-business interaction and partnerships with different stakeholders will be conducted. In this regard, a hackathon activity will be arranged, and study visits will be held on the subjects of career development in ICT, labour market prospects in ICT-related sectors. Besides, conferences, meetings and workshops will be organized for publicizing the outcomes of the Operation and getting feedback from the stakeholders to improve the content of the online platform and to strengthen the prospects for the sustainability of the Operation.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
