EUROPEAID/135643/IH/SER/RS: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPERVISION FOR INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATION OF NAVIGATION MONITORING SYSTEM ON THE DANUBE RIVER

Description

The goal of this project is to contribute to the increase of capacity and safety of environmentally sound and sustainable inland waterway transport on the Danube River (part of TEN-T Rhine-Danube Core Network Corridor).

Technical assistance services are needed for the preparation, procurement and supervision of implementation of several project components that should result in fully implemented and functioning navigation monitoring and reaction system on the Serbian stretch of the Danube River. Technical assistance shall coordinate and supervise the implementation of two contracts: contract for procurement of Supply and installation of equipment for monitoring and marking system (AtoNs - Aids to Navigation) and contract for procurement of Services
for Integration of AtoNs subsystems into already existing River Information System (RIS).


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments
applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see item 29 below). All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
