EPTISA/ TL - TEAM LEADER IN TURKEY

Responsibilities

   - To coordinate the overall management and implementation of the project,
   - To be the main contact person for all communication with the relevant institutions/actors including the Operation Beneficiaries and the
     Contracting Authority,
   - To prepare and/or supervise and transmit the reports to the relevant authorities,
   - To be responsible for management of the TA team members and allocation of duties among experts for the efficiency and success of the
     project,
   - To assign non-key experts, to draft their mission letters and to plan the budget for their tasks,
   - To prepare work plans and implementation schedules for the implementation of the project,
   - To ensure timely submission of all project outputs as required,
   - To monitor overall implementation of the contract.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

   - Bachelors degree in one of the fields of economic and administrative sciences, education, social sciences or in the absence of such degrees
     minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in one of these fields
   - Excellent command of oral and written English
   - Full computer literacy
   - Masters degree in human resources management will be an asset.

General professional experience

   - Preferably 15 but a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
   - Preferably 4 but a minimum 2 years of experience as team leader and/or managerial position (in the Contractor Side) in implementation
     projects.

Specific professional experience

   - Preferably 10 years but a minimum 8 years of professional experience in the field of social policy development,
   - Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of active labour market policies; preferably in the promotion of inclusive labour market for
     disadvantaged persons.
