EPTISA/ KE2- SOCIAL POLICY AND EMPLOYMENT EXPERT

Responsibilities

   - To assist in the identification of social service and employment related needs of target groups,
   - To prepare and design questionnaires and to select field survey methodologies,
   - To support, monitor and evaluate employment related operation activities,
   - To support, monitor and evaluate social services and social policy related employment activities,
   - To monitor and evaluate employment related operation activitiesTo ensure timely finalization, preparation, and submission of relevant
     operation outputs and reports related to his/her field of expertise
   - To undertake other tasks that will be assigned by the Team Leader.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

   - Bachelors degree in one of the fields of economic and administrative sciences, education, social sciences or in the absence of such degree
     minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in one of the fields,
   - Excellent command of oral and written English,
   - Full computer literacy.
   - Master degree in economics and administrative sciences or human resources management will be an asset.

General professional experience

   - Preferably 10 but a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in social policy area.
   - Preferably 8 but a minimum of 6 year of professional experience in the field of employment services.

Specific professional experience

   - Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of social inclusion and anti-discrimination
   - At least 2 years of experience in the projects which include referring and monitoring activities for disadvantaged people.
