EPTISA/ KE3 - EDUCATION AND TRAINING EXPERT

Responsibilities

   - To be main responsible for design, planning and implementation of all activities regarding training,
   - To be responsible for development and preparation of the training modules and related materials,
   - To ensure close cooperation with the Beneficiaries and all relevant stakeholders regarding training activities,
   - To guide and ensure coordination among and the non-key training experts regarding planning and delivering of the trainings,
   - To monitor the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the trainings,
   - To contribute to the development of the inception, interim and progress reports,
   - To undertake other tasks that will be assigned by the Team Leader.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

   - Bachelor degree in one of the fields of educational sciences, social sciences or in the absence of such a degree minimum 15 years of
     working experience in the field of education sector.
   - Excellent command of written and spoken English
   - Full computer literacy
   - Master degree in educational sciences will be an asset.

General professional experience

   - Preferably 10 but a minimum of 8 years of professional in area of education
   - Preferably 3 years but a minimum 1 year of experience in project(s) in the field of education.

Specific professional experience

   - Preferably 7 but a minimum 5 years of training experience including design and/or implementation of trainings, including training of
     trainers.
   - Experience in vocational trainings will be an asset.
