This Request for Expression of Interest follows the General procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in UN Development Business on July 26, 2010.
The Republic of Macedonia has received a loan from the International Bank for reconstruction and Development towards the cost of Real Estate Cadastre and Registration Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds to make payments under the following consulting services: Civil Engineer/Civil Works Coordinator for the full set of activities related to the renovations of the local offices of the Authority for Legal and Property Affairs.

The following minimum qualification and experience of the consultant are required:

   -Civil Engineering/Architecture University Degree (Bachelor Degree);
   -At least five years experience in designing and supervision of construction works;
   -Good knowledge of the construction legislation, construction standards and health and safety conditions in the <republic of Macedonia;
   -Experience in construction of venues shall be considered as an advantage
   -Experience in the procurement procedures of the world Bank shall be considered as an advantage
