OSCE MISSION TO UKRAINE/ REPORTING CO-ORDINATION OFFICER (VACANCY NUMBER: VNSMUS00200)

Responsibilities

   - Co-ordinates and assists in the quality control of the regular reporting cycle of the Mission;
   - Ensures the quality control and clearance of Mission reporting;
   - Organizes and ensures feedback to Monitoring Teams report drafters in the field to increase Mission reporting capacity;
   - Updates the reporting taskings along the lines of the Mission mandate;
   - Co-ordinates and compiles input from Reporting Officers as appropriate;
   - Organizes and manages the duty roster of five Reporting Officers;
   - Ensures coherence of the reporting by working with the Reporting Officers in finalizing reports in line with the senior management
     comments;


Requirements

   - Ability to produce analytical reports
   - Previous international work experience in the preparation of comprehensive reports and analysis
   - Proven management and supervisory experience
   - Professional fluency and excellent drafting skills in the English language
   - Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
   - Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds,
     different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity
   - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and with limited time frames
