EUROPEAID/136085/DH/SER/BA: IPA - SUPPORT TO SOCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ENHANCEMENT OF MONITORING CAPACITIES

Description

The assistance provided by the project will cover two main aspects:

   - With regard to the social service providers the project will provide Technical Assistance to BiH authorities in revising the existing
     secondary legislation and drafting the missing bylaws and regulations, provide trainings for capacity-building of local authorities, design
     community-based social inclusion initiatives in line with the identified local needs.
   - Technical assistance to the Ministry for Human Rights and refugees to improve the internal databases used for reporting on human rights
     of refugees and displaced persons; to create various forms of tailor-made reports; to create a web application for making the information
     available on the website of the Ministry; to optimize data collection and to improve the IT business processes.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.


Budget

Maximum budget 2.200.000 EUR
