EUROPEAID/133551/IH/SER/TR: IPA - PROMOTING LIFELONG LEARNING II IN TURKEY (LLL II)

Description

The objective of this contract is to increase the institutional and staff capacity of Ministry of National Education to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for lifelong learning. To that end, the Contractor shall provide services such as preparing policy and strategy papers, action plans; developing VET teaching, learning and assessment materials; developing web-based lifelong guidance information system and e-learning materials; preparing and delivering theoretical and practical trainings to the staff and teachers; organising study visits, internship programmes and conferences; conducting comprehensive information and awareness-raising activities about lifelong learning in Turkey throughout the implementation of the contract.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
