EUROPEAID/136558/IH/SER/TR: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR “INCREASING ADAPTABILITY OF EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS WITH A SOCIAL DIALOGUE APPROACH”

Description

The objective of this contract is to increase the adaptability, qualifications and competence of employers, employees and employee representatives’ through implementing training programmes and strengthening social dialogue between employees, employers, NGOs, public institutions and local actors. Human capital investments will be the main tool to fulfil the expected outcome of this contract.

The Contractor will conduct wide range of activities in various regions of Turkey, including preparing different training modules, preparing sectoral and industrial guides, organizing and conducting conferences, workshops and meetings. The Contractor will provide expertise to HAK-İŞ Trade Union Confederation (HAK-İŞ) and The Independent Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association (MÜSİAD) in improving the social dialogue between them and removing the challenges faced by employers and employees.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR € 4,047,747.98
