EUROPEAID/136414/IH/SER/ME: IPA - MODERNIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND TEACHER TRAINING

Description

Focus of the project overall is supporting the improvement of conditions for development of qualifications in vocational education. Special attention will be given to modernization of educational programmes based on learning outcomes for all levels of vocational education in order to meet the real labour market needs.

The Consultant will be required to conduct following services within the scope of the project, as project outcomes:

   - New occupational standards and qualification standards based on the qualifications needs analysis existing and revised educational
     programmes and new educational programmes based on learning outcomes developed.
   - New/revised educational programmes developed along with improved professional competencies of teachers in vocational education.
     Additionally, improved capacities of members of Working groups and sectoral commissions for the development of occupational and
     qualification standards as well as VET curricula.
   - School capacities, related to development of skills for career guidance in vocational education, enhanced.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons, participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.


Budget

Maximum budget 804.000 EUR
