Description
The purpose of the Programme is to establish strong links and a high level of cooperation between the civil societies in Turkey and the EU Member States through civil society dialogue. In this respect, the Contractor will provide technical assistance to the Ministry for EU Affairs (MEU) for the implementation of the grant schemes (“Environment”, “Energy”, “Consumer and Health Protection”, “Justice, Freedom and Security”, “Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services”, “Regional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments”, “Enterprise and Industrial Policy”, “Agriculture and Fisheries” and “Education”) and to the Grant Beneficiaries during the implementation of their projects. The Contractor will, at minimum, deliver trainings, organise opening and closing events, prepare and implement publicity & media strategies, design & deliver promotional materials to support events, and support the MEU to develop a regular evaluation and assessment method of the overall Programme.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
