EUROPEAID/136416/IH/SER/ME: IPA - COOPERATION BETWEEN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY OF MONTENEGRO AND SOCIAL WORK CENTERS

Description

The purpose of this contract is to increase employability and improve access to the labour market for persons with disabilities and RE ("Roma and Egyptian") population.

The consultant will be required to implement the following services within the scope of the project, as project outcomes:

   - Conditions for improvement of institutional framework in the sector of social inclusion (local branch offices of Employment Agency of
     Montenegro- EAM and Social Work Centres -SWC) fulfilled, as result of analysis of the present situation in the sector.
   - Efficient institutional operating and inter-institutional cooperation established by creation of detailed draft agreement between the
     Employment Agency of Montenegro (EAM) Branch Offices and Social Work Centres.
   - Employability and social integration enhanced by providing support to potential grant beneficiaries and improving skills of EAM and SWC
     staff on how to work with


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget 513.000,00 EUR
