Qualification and skills
- University degree in human, social studies or any other related fields (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of a
minimum of three years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or 5 years of general experience above the minimum relevant
experience requested in the field);
- Skills in strategic planning and reporting in the field of communication and PR;
- Excellent command in English and Serbian language
- Excellent analytical and writing skills;
- Good communication and IT skills
General professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of general professional experience in public relations;
- Out of which at least 2 years experience in organisation and media coverage of public events;
Specific professional experience
- Previous relevant experience in one, preferably two EU projects;
- Verifiable experience with visibility and communication rules for EU external actions.
