The objective: The following actions are intended to support:
- improvements in the quality and demand-orientation of CPD for TT in VET
- improvements in stakeholder co-operation for CPD for TT in VET
- improvements in the capability of policy makers and practitioners to develop CPD
- development of policy and implementation strategies for sustainable systems of CPD for TT in VET
- design and implementation of demonstration projects that exemplify concrete methods for enhancing and extending CPD
Position: Policy and Team leader - National Expert CAT II
Requirements
- Experience in VET system reform, preferably in CPD for VETteachers or trainers
- Experience in professional development in country
- Experience in VET in country as practitioner and/or policy maker and/or researcher
- Experience in research (for example conducting interviews, analysis, reporting)
- Excellent drafting and presentation skills as evidenced by list of publications and past experience
- Knowledge of research or practice in CPD for VET teachers and trainers outside the country would be an asset
- Competence in all relevant national languages (if applicable) would be an asset.
- Excellent English: writing, reading and speaking
