Description

   - To improve the business climate in Ukraine through rendering the system of technical regulation more simple, transparent, predictable
     and compatible with the EU system;
   - To support the national authorities in the preparation for implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, including the Deep
     and Comprehensive Free Trade Area;
   - To assist Ukraine in the preparation for the signature of Agreements on Conformity Assessment and Acceptance of industrial products
     (ACAAs) in selected sectors;
   - To prepare grounds for extending the harmonisation with the EU regulatory framework to the additional industrial sectors;
   - To strengthen capacities of the relevant regulatory authorities and of the institutional infrastructure for quality;
   - To increase the level of market operators' awareness about the implications of AA/DCFTA implementation, and on necessary preparatory
     measures.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons, participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers, which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action (CIR) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. All supplies under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. However, they may originate from any country when the amount of the supplies to be purchased is below 100,000 euros per purchase.

Maximum budget 4 000 000 EUR
