EUROPEAID/136633/DH/SER/XK: IPA - YOUNG CELL SCHEME

Description

The aim of the contract is to contribute to build a professional, accountable and apolitical Civil Service at all levels in Kosovo by supporting the public administration through a scholarship programme that aims at improving the professional capacity of civil service to better service Kosovo citizens and meet the obligations arising from the SAA. The main results include generation of a core group of civil servants in fields identified as weak areas for Kosovo, who will be determined to drive and implement reforms in public administration, in particular those required for the SAA implementation.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR 1,500,000.00
