EUROPEAID/136687/IH/SER/TR: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR GÜMÜŞHANE TRADITIONAL AND ORGANIC PRODUCTS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (İŞGEM)

Description

The purpose of the contract is to facilitate the establishment and operationalisation of a Business Development Center (İŞGEM) in Gümüşhane/Turkey. The contract has two sub-components which are;

   - improving Gümüşhane Enterprise Development Center’s service infrastructure through preperation of business plan and service manuals,
     promotion and operationalization of İŞGEM and selection of entrepreneurs and
   - strengthening technical capacities of enterprises in Gümüşhane Enterprise Development Center through review and improvement of
     business plans of tenants as well as the support to implementation and support the İŞGEM’s management for improvement of İŞGEM’s
     business plan.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR 1.161.500
