EUROPEAID/134938/IH/SER/TR: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR GAZIANTEP REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL DESIGN AND MODELLING CENTRE (GETAM)

Description

The purpose of this contract is to improve the innovative capacities of the SMEs in Gaziantep. The technical assistance component of the operation consists of 2 sub-components.

The first one is operationalisation of the GETAM (A1).

The second sub-component of the operation is development of the industrial design and product development capacities of the SMEs and entrepreneurs (A2).

The consultant is expected to provide technical assistance on the topics below but not limited to:

   - business diagnostics (A.1.1),
   - corporate and business planning (A.1.2),
   - operationalisation of GETAM (A.1.3),
   - promotion (A.1.4),
   - establishment and/or reinforcement of business and research partnerships (A.1.5),
   - delivery of business development services to the SMEs (A.2.1),
   - delivery of incubation services to the entrepreneurs (A.2.2).


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR 2.860.000
