EUROPEAID/134403/IH/SER/TR: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ACTIVATION OF “SPECIALITY FOODS CLUSTER” IN THE SOUTHEAST ANATOLIA REGION

Description

The overall objective of the Operation is to improve the competitiveness of the Southeast Anatolia Region in national and international markets and the purpose of the Operation is to mobilize “Speciality Food Products Cluster” in Southeast Anatolia Region.

Şanlıurfa will be the base of the Operation but the project will cover 9 provinces in the Southeast Anatolia Region. These are Şanlıurfa (Base of Operation), Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Kilis, Batman, Mardin, Şırnak, Siirt and Diyarbakır.

The Project will facilitate activation of a specialty food products cluster in the Southeast Anatolia Region (GSFC). The Project has three components. a) Development of a portfolio of specialty food products b) Activation of the cluster c) Ensuring sustainability of the cluster initiative


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget EUR 3.792.000
