EUROPEAID/136786/DH/SER/AL: IPA - SUPERVISION OF THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION IN VLORA, PHASE 2

Description

The required services will include the supervision of Works contract for the construction of the sewerage network and rehabilitation of the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The sewerage network comprises construction of approximately 80 km of new network and 1 (one) pumping station. It represents extension of sewerage network which is currently under construction. The works on WWTP will comprise rehabilitation of the existing WWTP and construction of a new facility for sludge management.

Both the above works will be included in one works contract governed by FIDIC conditions of contract Yellow Book Hybrid. Rehabilitation of the WWTP and construction of sludge facility will be implemented via design build contract conditions and network will be implemented via, so called, re-measured contract. Operation of constructed infrastructure is included in the works contract.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see item 22 below). All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget 1,600,000 EUR
