EUROPEAID/136913/DH/SER/RS: IPA - JUDICIAL INFRASTRUCTURE ASSESSMENT

Description

The project plans an assessment of the current state of the entire Serbian judicial infrastructure, excluding the Misdemeanour courts, covering both courts of general jurisdiction and prosecutors' offices, with the aim of providing a detailed report on each facility, including drawings of the architectural layouts, existing mechanical and electrical installations and the existing ICT infrastructure. With the view on European best practice, using also the Serbian guidelines for a model court and developing a similar tool for prosecutors' offices, the project will identify the levels of necessary infrastructure improvements for each facility. Following prioritisation for subsequent works' interventions, the project will provide necessary technical documentation for a limited number of facilities, not exceeding 10 buildings (maximum 30,000 sqm).


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
