Responsibilities

   - Oversees, analyses and reports on systematic advanced and specialized police curricula aspects, ensuring a professional environment that
     benefits both students and staff;
   - Provides subject matter expertise and assistance to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kosovo Police in the process of analysis of existing
     training courses and drafting of new relevant capacity building related documents, strategies and action plans;
   - Assists the co-ordination of donor efforts in developing police and forensic training;
   - Supervises, assesses and evaluates all aspects of the Training Development including advanced and specialized police curricula; ensures
     high quality of instruction and interpretation;
   - Arranges the design and delivery of new programs (internally or externally sourced);
   - Liaises closely with counterparts in the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna and other OSCE field operations as well as local and international
     stakeholders; assists in the further development of effective advanced and specialized training for police officers;


Requirements

   - Proven experience in the area of advanced, specialized and forensic police training
   - Comprehensive knowledge of police training methods, conducting training needs analysis, supervisory training and training police
     managers
   - Experience in designing training curricula for police including co-ordinating and implementing training strategies; ability to integrate a
     gender perspective into tasks and activities
   - Proven experience in project management (planning, designing, budgeting, management, evaluation)
   - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with people of different cultures and religious backgrounds, different
     gender and diverse political views while maintaining impartiality and objectivity
   - Ability to operate Windows applications, including word processing and email
