Contract description

The purpose of this contract is to provide supervision of the implementation of the works contracts for Construction of WWTPs in Municipalities of Radovish, Kichevo and Strumica. The consultant shall ensure that services for supervision of the construction works shall be in accordance with all the requirements for quality control, control of quantities, supervision of the work progress, analyses of expenses, implementation of the environmental criteria as well as working on administrative questions during the construction and the defect liability period. The indicative scope of works is the construction of three wastewater treatment plants for secondary treatment level including construction of water and sludge line objects as well as construction of other objects related with the WWTP (administration and laboratory building, workshops and garage, access road, connection to water supply system, electrical connection etc.), as well as rehabilitation and extension of the sewer network of approx. 4.7 km in the Municipality of Radovish.

  - Maximum budget: 1.500.000 EUR

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
