Contract description
The project will support the Government, Kosovo Electricity Corporation (KEK) and the working groups appointed by the Government of Kosovo for the decommissioning of Kosovo A Thermal Power Plant (TPP) on the decommissioning process of the facilities planned to be decommissioned (i.e. gasification facilities, fertilizer, heat plant and other facilities that are out of operation in the compound of the TPP). In addition under the contract will be prepared a detailed study on the decommissioning process including the works tender dossier under Procurement and Grants for EU external actions (PRAG) for dismantling and cleanup of the location with a detailed work and security plan important for the dismantling of facilities, an environmental and social impact assessment report and all other relevant documents and reports.

- Maximum budget: EUR 1.500.000
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
