Contract description
The purpose of this contract is to provide supervision of the implementation of the works contracts for Rehabilitation and extension of sewerage network in Municipalities of Berovo and Kumanovo.
The consultant shall ensure that services for supervision of the construction works shall be in accordance with all the requirements for quality control, control of quantities, supervision of the work progress, analyses of expenses, implementation of the environmental criteria as well as working on administrative questions during the construction and the defect liability period.
The works contract to be supervised will includes replacement of old and installation of new pipes indicatively around 33 km in Municipality of Berovo and 26 km in Municipality of Kumanovo including construction of manholes and house connections following PRAG and FIDIC red book conditions.

- Maximum budget: 800 000 EUR
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
