Ministry for local self-government (MLSG) of the Republic of Macedonia seeks candidate for the positions Estimators of the Tenders for delivery of the project proposals in the frames of the IPA Program for cross-border cooperation between the Republic of Macedonia and the Republic Albania 2007-2013.Positions are financed form the Contract for Grant-External activities of the European Union –nr: 2011/262-623: "Technical assistance of the Ministry for local self-government for realization of the CBC with Albania".

1. Obligations of the estimators  

From the estimators will be seek to execute opening and administrative investigation, verification of the eligibility of the project proposals and estimation of the story and entirely project proposals, according the Practical guide for the contractual procedures for the external activities of the European Union¹.The president of the committee for estimation of the project proposals  for the third respectively for the forth Call for delivery of the project proposals will be determined the capacity of the engagement of the estimators

2. Professional profile

Certain number of estimators will be engaged with agreement for estimation of the project proposals. Due to, Calls for delivery of the project proposals involving projects for all three measures, the kind of estimators with specific professional profiles will be engaged:

    2.1 Estimators-Experts for economical development
    2.2 Estimators-Experts for maintained development of the ambient environment
    2.3 Estimators-Experts for social cohesion

3. Location and time duration

Starting period for work: Proposed date February 2012

Provided period for finishing or duration: It is expected that duration of the activities of the expected to be at lest till one year.

Location: estimators to publish evaluation of the project propositions in the areas of the Mutual technical secretariat –Struga and /or another location but with previous given permission form the Head of the Committee for estimation of the projects propositions for the third respectively the forth. Call for delivery of the project proposals.
