Requirements
- Relevant University degree in training or education or other similar professional qualification
- Preferably 8, but a minimum of 5 years' experience in training needs analysis, design of training programmes and training-of-trainers
- Fluent written and oral communication in English
- Working level knowledge of Armenian or Russian would be an asset
