EUROPEAID/136336/IH/SER/TR: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR “GROWING AND PROSPERING THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP ECOSYSTEM IN ANKARA TO INCREASE YOUNG EMPLOYMENT”

Description

The purpose of the operation is to increase youth employment rates by growing and prospering the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Ankara through encouraging young entrepreneurship.

The Contractor will conduct activities including survey implementation, drafting and delivering training programmes to the young entrepreneur candidates, delivering mentorship and consultation support to young entrepreneurs, organizing and conducting conferences, workshops and meetings. The Contractor will build a web portal. The Contractor will also support the establishment of Ankara Entrepreneurship Development Centre which forms the main ground of sustainability of the project.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget € 2,261,562.50
