EUROPEAID/137311/DD/SER/IL: ENPI - COMMUNICATION SUPPORT TO THE EU PARTNERSHIP FOR PEACE PROGRAMME 2015-2017

Description

To assist DELTA to reach broader audiences of the Israeli public through media and communications action in order to promote the EU Partnership for Peace programme, EU values underlying the programme and the EU's positions on MEPP.

The contractor has to execute five media and communication activities/services for the benefit of DELTA and projects implemented by the beneficiaries of the EU Partnership for Peace Programme (EUPfP). These actions will further the objectives of the EU in relation to its vision of the Middle East peace process by disseminating the results achieved by projects, in spreading positive messages which show the benefits of working together for a better future, and encouraging engagement of a wider range of communities in Israel in peacebuilding.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action (CIR) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. All supplies under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. However, they may originate from any country when the amount of the supplies to be purchased is below 100, 000 euros per purchase.


Budget

Maximum budget 175,000.00 EUR including VAT.
