EBRD/ MOLDOVAN RAILWAY – CAPACITY BUILDING ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT

Description

CFM has identified improving energy efficiency as a strategic area for reducing operational costs, improving quality and reliability of service and mitigating the environmental impact of its operations. CFM now intends to engage a consultant (the “Consultant”) to assist CFM in the implementation of an Energy Efficiency Programme which will include both organisational arrangements (establishment of a unit in charge of energy management), as well as implementation of procedures for energy monitoring and metering and information systems (the “Assignment”).


Eligibility

Corporate services are required. The Consultant will be a firm or a group of firms with extensive previous experience in delivering similar assignments in the railway sector of a 1520 mm gauge system. The Consultant will also have experience in EBRD Countries of Operations or similar regions/business environments.


Budget

Maximum Budget available for the Assignment:  EUR 220,000; exclusive of VAT.
