RS-BELGRADE: IPA — IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICIES 2012/S 8-011093

Contract description:                                                                                Maximum budget: EUR 1.900.000

The objective of the contract is to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights,State Administration and Local Self Government and other key institutions both at national and local levels, to coordinate, implement, monitor and promote anti-discrimination policies in Serbia, in line with EU standards and best practice.

The required areas of expertise are:

    -capacity building of human and minority rights institutions to implement and monitor anti-discrimination policy;
    -strengthening of institutional support to the victims of discrimination at national and local levels.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 1 900 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organizations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
