EUROPEAID/133841/IH/SER/TR: IPA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPERVISION FOR BARTIN WATER AND WASTEWATER PROJECT

Description

The contract will include the following:

   - Capacity building in financial/managerial areas, capacity building in technical areas of municipality,
   - Contract management and construction supervision for wastewater investments including construction of first stage of waste water
     treatment plant and construction of İnkumu wastewater collection network, preliminary treatment and sea outfall
   - Contract management and construction supervision for the rehabilitation of the existing water supply and distribution system,
   - Review and verification of the existing supply tender documents,
   - Modernisation of the Water Utility Department.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping - consortium - of tenderers) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.


Budget

Maximum budget: 1,500,000 EUR
