Contract description:                                                                           
     Maximum budget: EUR 980.000

The overall objective of the contract is providing technical assistance to the EU Delegation in Serbia in its information and communication activities aimed in increasing public knowledge and understanding of the EU during the accession negotiation process, as well as the functioning of the EU and its institutions, its policies,values, other, under the guidance and supervision of the contracting authority. The contract envisages full financial and administrative management of the EU Information Centre (EUIC) in the Serbian capital Belgrade,which is the focal point for information on the EU to the general public. The contract envisages organisation of public events, promotional campaigns, organisation of prize trips, cultural and thematic weeks, press events,promotional material, production and dissemination of publications (printed and Web-based), production of audiovisual materials, full content, updating and technical maintenance of the EU Delegation in Serbia's website(http://www.europa.rs) and the EU Information Centre's website (http://www.euinfo.rs), networking, databases,and other information and communication activities.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 980 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
