Description

The contract will help to implement the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey's communication support programme with the purpose of increasing the public knowledge and understanding of the EU during the accession negotiation process and explaining implications of EU accession in Turkey.

The contractor will assist in the development and implementation of EU-related information and communication activities in line with the communication strategy and under the guidance and supervision of the contracting authority. These activities are foreseen to include inter alia: development and implementation of media and information campaigns; strategic advice; events; effective use of social media; organisation of press trips to the EU and Turkey; production and dissemination of publications (printed and web-based); production of audio-visual materials; development, updating and maintenance of websites, microsites, databases; regular monitoring, analyses and reporting of Turkish media coverage; conducting research for the development of effective messages, measurement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivered communication activities.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping – consortium - of tenderers) which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action (CIR) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations.


Budget

Maximum budget: EUR 4 000 000
