Description
The project will focus on awareness raising activities for increasing school attendance rates of high school students in poverty, who are potential and current beneficiaries (9th, 10th and 11th grades) of Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Programme that is being implemented by General Directorate of Social Assistance (GDSA) of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies (MoFSP) with a view to reducing the risk of early school leaving. Moreover, capacity building activities will take place embracing the responsible staff of the MoFSP and Ministry of National Education (MoNE).
In this regard, the project will carry out its activities in the selected 12 provinces to achieve its objectives 1-through researches, awareness raising activities, guidance and informative visits to families to increase the high school attendance rates and 2- through trainings, questionnaires and study visits for General Directorate of Social Assistance (GDSA) and Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations (SASFs) and Counseling and Guidance services of Ministry of National Education (MoNE) increase Institutional Capacity.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
