Requirements
- University education in political sciences, social sciences, international relations, public policy, law or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 3 years at the
management level relevant to the actual position
- Professional fluency in the English language
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for the management of the Governance Section (GS), comprising a Central Governance Portfolio, a Local Governance
Portfolio and an Elections Portfolio; supervises approximately 12 staff
- Is responsible for the identification, design, implementation and evaluation of projects of the Governance Section with its respective
portfolios
- Ensures the implementation of the Section's programme and projects in accordance with departmental and Mission strategies, OSCE rules
and regulations, and provides input to the Department's senior management on the design of the Section's programme and projects,
including budget supervision
