Requirements
- University education in political sciences, international relations, public policy, law, international human rights law or other human rights related
fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience including minimum 1 year in a relevant field strongly preferred
- Professional fluency in the English language
- Ability to operate windows applications, including word processing and e-mail
Responsibilities
- Analyses the findings of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo's (OMiK) proactive monitoring of Kosovo institutions and municipalities from communities
protection perspective, including on returns and repatriation; and together with Senior Communities Protection/Policy Advisers provides the
Department with advice and recommended intervention and follow up
- Contributes to the formulation of communities protection planning by proposing to the Department directives and plans for immediate and long
range solutions and follows up on the implementation of recommendations and decisions adopted
- Reviews and comments on proposed Kosovo institutions' initiatives.
