HUMAN DYNAMICS/SUPPORT TO IMPLEMENTATION OF BIRDS AND HABITATS DIRECTIVES IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA/KEY EXPERT 3 - GIS SPECIALIST

Duration of the assignment: 140 work days over 24 months

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree in information technology or electrical engineering or other related discipline
   - Good written and verbal command in English
   - Excellent communication, analytical  and organisational skills
   - Proficiency in report drafting
   - Excellent team working abilities

General professional experience:

   - At least 10 years of relevant working experience in development of GIS-based applications

Specific professional experience:

   - Experience in database and application development projects (minimum 2 projects in developing multi-user databases and
     web-applications)
   - Development of databases and applications in the area of biodiversity and nature protection will be considered an advantage
