Background

The Employment Programme contributes to the effective implementation of the Operational Plan for Labour Market Services and Active Employment Programmes and Measures for 2015 (OP) in terms of the following components: self-employment, support for growth of micro and small enterprises to create new jobs, community works and other activities to increase the readiness of vulnerable groups to engage in ALMMs and the labour market.
 
Responsibilities

  - Coordination activities to support the companies in developing solid and purposeful marketing activities as an integral part of their
    business strategy.
  - Coordinate activities to provide specific advise to the activities focused at reducing the energy costs of the companies.
  - Recommend activities for development of soft skills and HR planning strategies of the companies
  - Develop knowledge papers, analysis and success stories that would capture the recommendations and the needs for additional support.
 
Requirements

  - University Degree in Economics or Social sciences
  - Minimum 4 years’ experience (2 years for the candidates with MA) in design and development of projects/ project components focused on
    the needs of micro and small businesses and delivering consulting services to micro and small companies
  - Language proficiency in both written and oral English and Macedonian. Knowledge of other local languages shall be considered an asset.
