Requirements

  - University education in political sciences, social sciences, international relations, public policy, law or equivalent professional experience
  - Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
  - Professional fluency in the English language

Responsibilities

  - Designs, develops and implements the Section's projects in accordance with programmatic priorities
  - Monitors, analyses and reports on a broad range of local good governance issues in Kosovo, and takes an active part in the improvement
    of good governance through policy and programmatic advice
  - Provides support to the Section and the Department in the review of policies in the area of local governance in compliance with human
    rights and international good governance standards and principles
  - Develops and implements capacity development programmes and projects; writes reports related to local governance programme
    activities
  - Liaises with external local and international stakeholders to co-ordinate programmatic activities
