Requirements
- University degree majoring in Political Science, Economics, Law, or other related social disciplines. M.A would be an asse;
- At least 5 years of overall relevant professional experience in analytical/research work, preferably on similar projects/assignments;
- Experience in computer-based data entry and processing;
- Specific experience in quantitative and qualitative research; conducting field and telephone surveys; moderating focus groups and conducting
interviews would be an asset;
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office; Windows XP, Internet);
- Language proficiency in both written and oral English and Macedonian. Knowledge of other local languages shall be an asset.
Responsibilities
1. Summary of key functions:
- Supporting the implementation of projects’ activities and implementation of project work plans through undertaking research and analysis of
relevant data and information;
- Support implementation of projects strategies focusing on achieving the projects results;
- Manage the related projects documentation in an appropriate and satisfactory manner;
- Participating in knowledge building and sharing activities.
