Contract description

The purpose of the project is to provide operational technical assistance to (a) the State owned railway companies (including the infrastructure manager and railway undertakings – Serbian Railways Infrastructure Manager SR IM, Serbian Railways Passenger operator RU Voz and Serbian Railways Freight operator RU Cargo) in establishing corporate model and in commercial management of their activities, provide support with HR management (including a labour retrenchment plan) and (b) support the line Ministry and other relevant Ministries in managing key contracts with the railway companies (Multi-Annual Infrastructure Contract MAIC, Public Service Obligation PSO) and in capacity development.
