Contract description

The purpose of this contract is to facilitate the process of modernisation of the Public Administration, with particular attention to strengthening the capacities of the Ministry of Information Society and Administration and implementation of PAR and e-Government activities.
The contract has to undertake activities targeted towards:
  - Improvement of the Legal framework on electronic management
  - Implementation of e-services and their sophistication
  - Improvement of service quality measurement
  - Improvement of the coordination of horizontal government policies regarding the PAR
  - Improvement of the coordination of the policies regarding the information society development

Budget

Maximum budget: EUR 1.500.000.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping - consortium - of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
