Requirements

  - Advanced university degree in law, political science, international relations or other related fields
  - Minimum 6 years of relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 3 years at the
    management level relevant to the actual position
  - Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  - Performs specific monitoring tasks in relation to community rights, property rights, non-discrimination issues and other human rights
    concerns as assigned
  - In-charge of the implementation of the monitoring instructions received from Headquarters
  - Drafts spot reports and compiles regular reports on activities of all the staff of the Department located in the Regional Office
  - Co-ordinates and co-operates closely with Field Co-ordination in the Headquarters to ensure fair utilization of capacities in the field
  - Facilitates and directs the work of other professional and support staff (first level supervisor to 11 staff and second level supervisor to 18
    staff) of the Department in the Regional Office in line with instructions received from the Headquarters
