Requirements

  - Police administrative courses on human resources management and general police management
  - Minimum 10 years of diversified and progressively responsible police experience including at least 12 months at management level
    relevant to the actual post

Responsibilities

  - Manages directly the Serious and Organized Crime Section composed of nine staff
  - Recommends courses of action and activities for the department in the field of combating serious and organized crime
  - Advises Kosovo Police on matters related to transnational threat and combating serious and organized crime, reviewing and commenting
    on legislation and related policies
  - Maintains awareness of the security sector development process in Kosovo and the region
  - Ensures the effective flow of information between other relevant  actors within the field of internal security sector development and the
    OSCE,  together with other contributors identified
