Contract description
The purpose of this contract is to provide support in the preparation and implementation of IPA Component V (IPARD II) beyond 2013, in particular:
- establishment of IPARD help desk(s) in the country for the purpose of providing support and information to potential IPARD applicants
regarding Measure 301 and Measure 302
- training of pool of consultants, engaged to provide support and giving information to potential IPARD applicants under M301 and M302.
running of operational IPARD helpdesk(s) through development of sustainable “hand-over” procedures, operating modes, institutional
arrangements and continuity of operations.
Budget
Maximum budget: EUR 1.210.000.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping - consortium - of tenderers) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
