EPRD/SUPPORT IN THE FINALIZATION OF REGIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR STRUCTURAL FUNDS/EXPERT 1 - PROGRAMMING EXPERT - SENIOR EXPERT

Qualifications and skills:

   • Master’s Degree Academic Level (University level of education in duration of 4 years) or alternatively 15 years of general professional
      experience (absolutely required)
   • Working knowledge of English (absolutely required)
   • Computer literacy (absolutely required)

General professional experience:

  • At least 10 years of working experience in SMEs policy development and support (absolutely required)

Specific professional experience:

  • Working experience on at least two projects dealing with preparation of Operational Programmes related to regional development and/or
     competitiveness for structural instruments (absolutely required)
  • At least 5 years of working experience on projects related to the state aid (absolutely required)
  • Working experience on at least two projects dealing with preparation of project pipeline related to regional development and/or
     competitiveness operational programmes in EU member states.

Duration of assignment: 60 days
