Background

The Roma population is one of the poorest and most vulnerable groups in Serbia, and it is severely affected by social problems. A majority of the Roma population lives in extreme poverty and substandard settlements, at a framework which is at the same time reinforcing discrimination, particularly as regards access to education, social protection, health care, employment and adequate housing.

Size of grants

Any grant requested under this Call for proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:
minimum amount: EUR 100.000    
maximum amount: EUR 1.000.000.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must:
be legal persons
be non-profit-making
be specific types of organizations such as: municipality, city municipality or city, hereinafter referred to as municipality of the Republic of Serbia…
