Requirements
- Police administrative courses in relevant field and specialized subject area
- Minimum 10 years of diversified police experience including at least 12 months operational experience in the relevant field and specialized
subject area
- Very good oral and written English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conducts analysis of information, statistics and data to identify needs of Kosovo Police in the area of criminal intelligence and Intelligence Led
Policing (ILP), recommends the course of action to be taken and implements this action, when required
- Develops and implements comprehensive criminal intelligence and ILP training programmes for the Kosovo Police to strengthen the skills of
police officers at all levels, including special training needs assessments
- Provides advice and assistance on developing of strategies, action plans and training plans to deal with criminal intelligence and ILP by using
contemporary investigation methods
- Assists, mentors and supports the Kosovo Police in criminal intelligence related police activities and initiatives
- Supports Kosovo Police in the implementation of ILP, ensuring that the community policing agenda is incorporated, through workshops,
training and presentations
